Screen Printing

Traditional screen printing is available for most garments: There is always a minimum order of twelve (12) with traditional screen printing. Price is based on the number of ink colors used and the number of locations to be screened. Quantity will also affect price. We can use your art or our design staff with assist you with a custom design using your ideas! Approximate turnaround time is seven working days from the time art is approved.

Direct To Garment Printing

This process allows for very intricate designs or photographs to be duplicated on a garment. It is similar to an ink jet printer for fabric. Images are exact. However, garment color is somewhat limited depending on the design. There are no minimums for this process. Cost varies on the design and the amount of ink actually used to produce each design, and the quantity ordered. Again, our design staff will assist with all designs.

Transfers

We can screen print designs on a transfer sheet that can later be added to a garment with heat and pressure. There is a minimum of 12 pieces per order. A commercial heat press is recommended for application.

Embroidery

Embroidered designs can be replicas of existing designs, wording, or logos. We can custom design a logo for you. There are no minimum orders on embroidery; however, prices do reflect quantity ordered. Price is based on stich count, so we will quote estimates, not exact price until design is created.
